About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with healthcare and Agile experience
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience working as a Business Analysis, IT Management, or other related experience in an IT healthcare environment.
Experience Leading projects and working with Team Onshore and Offshore.
Ability to work independently (self-organized) in a challenging and complex business and technical environment.
Excellent knowledge of the agile mindset and ways of working, and practical use of the Scrum framework.
Provide input to developers and Test Engineers to ensure System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirements
Participate in reviews of SIT results and defect reviews; support user acceptance testing as needed
PEGA knowledge is a plus.
Prior experience in healthcare.
Experience working in Agile Environment.
Prior experience with Jira, SQL Queries is preferred.
